Welcome to Port Severn Known as the best keep secret on the Trent Severn Water way. Our lock system has been operation since 1875. We once were a logging area with just a couple of resort in the area those being Rawley Lodge and at that time called Arrow Wood Lodge now know as Christies Mill Inn & Spa. We hope you enjoy your stay here your trail ride will be about 4 - 6 hours with lots of fun and adventure. We have road riding and we do have by - laws in place for riding the roads. Our trail will consist of road, mud and natural trail. You will experience a part of the trail in which Central Ontario help to develop with us last year. For those who do not ride there is the spa with some great relaxing experiences for your enjoyment. For those who like to walk there is a walking trail or comfortable walk through town don't blink because you will miss it. Tour the lock 45 system and see how boats get through Little Lake / Gloucester Pool into Georgian Bay. This adventure is how people travel by boat from Ontario right to United States (Florida and Bahamas and back. Take a drive into Honey Harbor and visit the Bee Hive on the water gift store unique gifts and clothes for all ages, books of all types or just enjoy a walk in the park at Port Severn. Coldwater is just a 10 minute drive from here and it has specialty shops to visit. We have a library if you like to read in Port Severn just beside the Township office. (Lone Pine Road) Oh don't forget if you love to golf there are two golf courses in the area to enjoy Well to eat there is to many to count from fine dining to café or meals on water to enjoy Marina for boating experience Don't forget you can park at a resort and ride from your dock on your atv as a past time.
